Ador Welding’sTraining Division is committed to delivering highly trained, employable technicians who meet the expectations of potential employers. We believe in building our equity on the worthiness of our trainees. Our programs are tailored to suit the value chain of standards by occupation, job roles and competencies. We meet their manpower requirements by offering Welders, Welding Technicians, Supervisors/ Shift in-charges, Engineers for Production and Quality Management from the talent pool of our Training Division. Prospective employers need to register their manpower requirements with Ador Welding Training Division at least 2 months in advance of the proposed employment date.
